It has been so long since I have posted on here. Life with Max has been great. The improvements that he is showing are fantastic. I am not sure that I will even remember everything "new" that he has learned.
~Within the last few weeks Max has learned how to say Frog when he says it it sounds more like Gog but you can definitely understand what he is saying.
~When you ask Max what the Duckie says he replies "Kack Kack".
~ He can also play peek a boo with you. If you ask where's Max he will put his hands up to his eyes and cover them.

~ And just recently he has learned how to shake his head No and actually know what it means. The other day I asked him for a kiss and he started shaking his head No and giggling at me.
You have no idea how long I have been waiting for these things. Max's personality is showing more and more and it is such a blessing to witness. God love him he tries so hard to do what you ask of him. It is heart breaking to watch him struggle but he is starting to catch on to things more easily. We are consistently working on learning how to Wave Bye. This is a hard one for him. However I do have faith that it will come to him.
The Therapists are so proud of his improvements. Max did very well for Mrs. Musser last Thursday. That day she said she was so proud of him and that he seemed more of like a "little person". I am so thankful to everyone who is helping us with Max. I had mentioned to one of this therapists that we are so thankful for what they do but in all honesty it can't stop with just them. Max only has 3 hours a week of therapy. Brandon, Myself and our Family work with Max constantly throughout the week. The therapists are wonderful at giving me ideas and what to work on throughout the week here at home so Max can improve.
We are so excited
